If you need a quiet and cosy place to stay this is the perfect house for you! Located at 20 km from Milan and Como lake this two chambers cosy house offers you the possibility to visit the city or the lake during the day and enjoy the evening in the private garden, far from the madding crowd! One double bed, one sofa bed very comfortable. Tub, shower, dishwasher, washing machine available for the guests My house is duly registered as a CAV (home for holidays). Parking is possible in the street or, providing the car is not too big, inside the courtyard. The station is approximately 2km from the house and will easily take you in Milan, Monza, Como or Lecco. You can dispose of the entire house. Parking is possible inside the courtyard I will not be there for you during your stay but you can count on my cohost, Keda! Perfect if you only look for a quiet place. No bars or restaurants close by. You will find them in the city centre, 2km away. Pharmacy, small supermarket in the neighbourhood. Seregno station can be reached in 20 minutes walk. From the station you can reach Como lake or the centre of Milan in approximately 30 minutes. For a more complete experience of the natural beauties surrounding Seregno I would suggest to rent a car. Since it is a house properly registered you will be asked to show your ID cards in order to communicate guests' presences to the qualified offices. Animals are welcome, an additional fee of 20 euro on the cleaning service will be requested.
