In the center of Cornaredo, in a ‘50s Lombard house with adjoining barn, loggia and garden, completely renovated, you will find this cozy apartment equipped with all comforts. This nice and peaceful town is located at the immediate north-west outskirts of Milan, surrounded by the green Milanese countryside even if only 5km away from the city of Milan and 7km far from the MILAN-RHO Exhibitions Center. The airports of MALPENSA and LINATE are instead, respectively, 30’ and 20’ away by car. The 50 sqm SUNFLOWER apartment, is part of the accomodation facility called HAYLOFT. It's an attic on the first floor, in the old barn adjacent to the house and it has got a common entrance with other apartments, from the internal garden. It consists of a kitchen with dining and living room area, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests, 2 in the bedroom, and 2 in the living room area equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and appliances needed for a complete and pleasant stay, while the living room area is equipped with a comfortable table with chairs, a double sofa bed, small table, seats and floor lamp. The bedroom with a wardrobe inside is equipped with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) separable in two single beds, bedside tables with abat-jours, console and a flat-screen TV LCD 40 '' (NetFlix available free of charge). The spacious bathroom, equipped with the necessary sanitary apparatus, includes a spacious walk-in shower. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets, windows with shutters and blackout curtains in the indoor, independent floor heating system for winter and a cooling one with dehumidification for the summer. A free-private wi-fi connection, by means of a high speed optical fiber FTTH, is reserved to the apartment. Very important for safeguarding our planet, separate collection is carried out inside through special containers for collection. Smoking is not allowed in the internal premises and those who wish, can take advantage of its own outdoor terrace or garden. Guests can access from the entrance of the facility that leads to the internal garden, and from here access a small stairwell that leads to the first floor towards the independent entrance of the apartment. Please take note that in the internal garden, there is a luggage loading and unloading area, while the parking lots are external and very close to our building. Just a few step away, you can find 2 free parking lots, the first one with one hour limitation parking and the obligation to exhibit the parking-disk ,showing the time of your arrival during daytime, and no limitation during night. The second one, at 30 mt ahead our facility on the same road side, has instead no parking restriction both all day and night long . The apartment is located in a quiet area despite being in Cornaredo ancient village center, close to the main amenities, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and municipal buildings within walking distance, while the nearest hospital and emergency room are 5’ drive from us (4.5 km). For sportspeople or active persons, the area here around also offers the opportunity to do walking and running, along the pedestrian city ring and cycle paths , while 2 sports centers with swimming pool and tennis courts, plus other facilities for indoor and outdoor sports, are available in proximity. The town of Cornaredo is located within the Po Valley, in the immediate outskirts of Milan, close to the West Milanese Beltway ( 3.5 km away from our facility ), “Exit 2” towards Magenta-Novara, and simultaneously close to the highway A4 Milan-Turin, last exit from Turin ( Rho-Cornaredo ) before the Milan highway-barrier that drives you into the big city. The place is in a strategic position for all those who are looking for an accommodation in the Milan area, near the Milan-Rho Exhibitions Center (former EXPO 2015 venue) or near the Milanese Stadium "G. MEAZZA", also known as "SAN SIRO STADIUM”, home to summer concerts, national and international football matches throughout the year and other important events. Cornaredo is connected to Milan through: 1) a public and high frequency bus line to and from Milan (BUS MOVIBUS line Z649, the most popular), whose stop is located 20 meters far from IRIS Apartment. Using this line after only 3 stops, you will reach the Milan underground of "MOLINO DORINO" (red line or line 1 ), and after 14 stops ( max 1/2 hour) the best known “DUOMO SQAUARE” ( PIAZZA DEL DUOMO ), the hub of the city. The city of Milan has recently introduced 2 limited traffic areas (ZTL zones) from Monday to Friday and only during daytime, AREA B and AREA C, which cover almost the whole city area. To access it, you need 2 requirements, that is, you must be equipped with vehicles belonging to the non-polluting certification classes and if this requirement is met, entering into the city is allowed only through the daily payment of an entrance ticket. For those who decide to move with their own vehicles and don’t have the necessary requirements for entry into the city, the "MOLINO DORINO" underground station, as well as other peripheral stations in the city, provides parking spaces around for cars, or motorbikes, including a large paid municipal covered parking, with very low daily rate 2) Rho Railway-Station, 3 km far from the apartment, always reachable or by public or private means of transport, whose trains reach the Milanese Railway-Station of "Porta Garibaldi" in 15 minutes.
