Two minutes’ walk through the garden to the rocky sea shore, with rock pools to explore and safe paddling at low tide. Another 3 minutes will take you to the endless Silver Sands beach ideal for Kite surfing, swimming and fishing. FAIRY TALE self-catering super luxury unit with the following amenities: Own entrance with secure off street parking. Open plan living with separate bathroom including gas geyser shower, double vanity basins and toilet including bathroom essentials, towels, shampoo and toilet paper. Hair drier. Full kitchen with glass hob and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and fridge. Fire extinguisher Queen size extra length bed with Percale bedding, duvet, pillows and blankets. (Electric blanket in winter). Oil heater in winter. Fan in summer. Built in cupboard with plenty of storage. Magnificent deck and views. Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and optional Dstv Soft seating with side table and standing lamp. Sliding door to the main deck and for added privacy, there is also a screened off deck area exclusively for Fairy Tale guests or lawn, Adirondack chairs and cast Aluminium garden furniture, i.e. a table and chairs. The seating overlooks the fynbos garden, Jacuzzi, sea views and magnificent Silver Sands Beach. Weber braai/ BBQ for only charcoal or brickette fires. Fully alarmed and exterior CCTV cameras No smoking in the unit. Guests booked into Fairy Tale have access to the covered patio, deck with loungers and dining table. Also use of the jacuzzi/spa (October to March or by prior arrangement) and garden and green belt with direct path leading to the rocky shore and path to Silver Sands beach. Braai/BBQ facilities (Weber) available. As hosts we are a retired couple who love interacting with guests and are available to advise on features and activities in the Overberg and surrounding area, we do however respect privacy of our guests.
