The apartment is located into a nice touristic place. The location is strategic to visit both Venice and Padua. By walking you can do the famous itinerary of the Venetian villas, ancient and luxurious residences of the Doges. It is a 3-minute walk from the bus which takes 20 minutes to Venice and Padua. It is located in an area full of services within walking distance: restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, tobacconist, hairdresser. During the summer you can cool off in the nearby outdoor pool. The apartment is comfortable, elegant and equipped with elevator and parking. It's useful to arrive by the car to have the freedom to choose every day which route to choose on a rich and wide choice. Please don't smoke into the apartment. It is beautiful to see the famous "Riviera Fiorita" in September, a sort of historical parade with historical rowing boats and costumed figures of the ancient Venetians.
