The apartment COL DI LUNA is ideal for holiday and working. The residence is suitable for families and groups, and is a great starting point for your excursions in the Dolomites. The accommodation is nestled in a luxuriant nature, surrounded by mountains declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation and furnishings reproduce the hospitality of an early 20th century rural home. Every object has a story and tells it to anyone who wants to hear it or just travel with the mind in an ancient and genuine world. Wooden and stone floors and exposed beams: a warm and welcoming place to make your alpine stay even more magical. Accommodation on the ground and first floor, completely independent, bright, available up to 8 persons. On the ground floor it has a living room, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. On the first floor two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub. From the balcony you will enjoy a wonderful view over the Prealps and Valbelluna. The accommodation is equipped with a large garden. During the summer you can sit outside comfortably to have an aperitif or sunbath in the garden, or in the nearby beaches along the river Piave and Cordevole. If you have bicycles you can put them in the garage, alternatively you can use those provided by Colvago Manor House. The price includes, in addition to all the home equipment (oven, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer ...) also: children's equipment (high chair, bicycle seat), WI-FI use without restriction. You can go on mountain bike routes with free use of our bicycles inside the property and take a tour of the natural and cultural beauties of the area. Outside there is a large green space with parking and barbecue possibilities. Breakfast is self-catering thanks to the equipped kitchen. You can book the products you want: if possible, we will procure them and you will be sure they will come from high quality local producers. Ivan, Matteo and Andrea will welcome you on arrival and will be available for any event, even for hiking activities, providing maps and information across the area. If you wish, we can accompany you to the nearby Santa Giustina station. The airports of Treviso (1 hour - 66km.) and Venice (1h15min 113km) are well connected and, upon request, we can pick you up and accompany you to the airport at a price to be agreed upon. LA CORTE is on the hillside and is surrounded by green meadows and woods where ancient hiking trails run on mountain bikes and horseback, the ideal setting for walks of any difficulty. In summer you can have breakfast outside and in the evenings enjoy the excellent barbecues in the open air. Immersed in the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the ideal place to comfortably reach all the main sites of the Park. The accommodation is distant from traffic, only reached by a beautiful old street. A space where you can stay alone or enjoy peace with the people you care about. We are far from large industrial areas and surrounded by environmentally friendly agriculture that does not use pesticides, away from roads, smog, and traffic. The B & B is surrounded by green meadows and close to the forest, rich in large and small animals, flowers, wild fruits and mushrooms. An invaluable treasure available for those who want to rediscover medicinal herbs, ancient fruits, changing colours every season, scents of violets, cyclamen, narcissus. The itineraries can be done on foot or on mountain bikes, for example: visit local villages, the waterway along the Veses stream, the Val Canzoi ring, the wonderful Val del Mis, the mountain chateaux and many others. There are also excursions with car trips, such as a visit to the museum of mineralogical and paleontological Agordo, Serravella's ethno-anthropological museum, the civic museums of Feltre and Belluno or a visit to the ancient mines of Val Imperina and Vallalta. For lovers of relaxation, just a few kilometers away you will find a convenient access to the banks of the River Piave and the Cordevole stream where you can spend hours of rest on a very special beach. There are plenty of possibilities for walks even for a whole day, or bike tours more or less difficult, there are towns to discover (Feltre, Belluno, Cortina ...) museums and lovely places to visit. Every season there is something special to see and something magical that stays inside you. We can provide you with everything you need for your business: let us know in advance and we will provide you with maps, equipment, information and professional guides that will accompany you (if you are not an expert!). In case you want to relax you will have the opportunity to do so at the numerous and prepared aesthetic centers and massages located a few hundred meters from the accommodation. The accommodation is located in the ancient village of Colvago in a hilly and rural area, at the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites National Park. It is ideally located to reach the main points of interest: train station (S. Giustina 15 min. Walk), SS 50 (bus stop 1 km), market, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, all within walking distance by bike. Nearby is the old Via Claudia Augusta, a Romanesque consular street of the Roman Empire, an easy cycling route on the Valbelluna, for bicycle lovers. Colvago is a quiet place, halfway between the main and famous skiing slopes of the Belluno Dolomites (San Pellegrino / Alleghe / Marmolada 50min, Cortina 1h30min) and the renowned Treviso vineyards (30mins). The house is connected by a characteristic road, suitable for small buses and always open in winter. Ivan is an archaeologist and carries out eco-cultural tourism activities, offering guests different themed routes for different needs, including for children, both in the Prealps and in the Dolomites. If interested, we may plan mountain racing, mountain climbing, Nordic walking, canyoning, kayaking, hiking and mountain biking.
