Apartment with kitchen and view on the tea garden

The apartment has its own entrance and consists of a bedroom with double bed and an extra single bed, living room, kitchen and dining area. You have a view of the beautiful tea garden where you can enjoy delicious coffee and tea. Oostwoud has a strategic rural location, close to cities such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik (10-20 min), Alkmaar and Amsterdam (30-40 min) and nature such as the IJsselmeer (5 min) and the beach (40 min). Also an ideal starting point for cycling routes. Beautiful bright space, all newly furnished (2014) with contemporary materials. There is a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom. The living room has a spacious lounge sofa a dining area for four persons and a large flat screen TV with DVD. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a fridge with freezer. The bedroom has a double bed 200 x 140 cm and a single bed 200 x 90 cm. The studio offers views of the beautiful flower garden with covered terrace. The garden is used as a tea garden and is also freely accessible for guests during openingshours. Oostwoud is located close to a nature reserve the Egboetswater. Nearby picturesque old towns as Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn. These VOC towns offers plenty of culture and recreational activities. Well known is the outdoor museum in Enkhuizen and the museum of the 20th century in Hoorn. Of course you can shop and spend a lot of time on many outdoor cafes. We have many activities on the water like surfing, sailing, fishing and swimming. In the village at the camp site, you can rent for example a whisper boat. This allows you to explore the area by boat. You can reach Oostwoud the best by car or by bike. Oostwoud is located about 50 km north of Amsterdam. It takes about 40 minutes by car. Take the A7 in the direction of Hoorn / Leeuwarden. Take exit 10A. Oostwoud is accessible by bus from Hoorn. Free parking in front of the door. Restaurants are in the village, the villages near and of course in the cities around Oostwoud. We also rent bicycles. € 5,00 pppd. € 22,00 for one week.
