Private stunning room, comfortable, cosy and warm

This is a private bedroom on the first floor corner of our large family home, very close to the Christchurch airport with a guest bathroom, we have a friendly cuddly Australian Kelpie dog. You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, deck and all the common area. The deck is also attached to the room for your exclusive use in a gorgeous garden. There are so many attractions around the house and we are happy to help you and we want you to make yourself at home. Amazing atmosphere fulfilled with nature trees, plants, birds and a little creek running by the border. There is access through balcony doors , your 2x double Bedrooms are located in the wing of our home, with a seperate bathroom shared with another guest room (if any at the time). Our kitchen and living areas are available for you to use, do ask about our Kayak, Paddle-board and Bikes we have available. You are welcome to use the common area including outdoor balcony and garden, laundry, kitchenette, dining/leaving area at anytime and the full kitchen is also available if it's needed only from 9am to 10pm for preparing a light meal but you may not have access to upstairs and the family room at the front by entrance. We have 2 other rooms on the second floor for us with an ensuite and additional bathroom, this ensures that you have complete use of the bathroom. We enjoy company and would like to interact with you as much or as little as you like. You can contact me prior or during your stay. We are surrounded by many attractions, parks and reserves including, Roto Kohatu Reserve, The Groynes, Clearwater Golf Club, Action Cart Raceway, McLeans Island, Willowbank Wildlife Reserve, Styx Mill Conservation Reserve and many more with a few km. Not to mention The Berry Shop where you get the best ice cream in NZ freshly made by their own growing berries. There are quite a lot of eatery, restaurants and take away where you can find the taste you desire.
