Mattanna Apartmemt is situated on a quiet rural lifestyle property only 5-6 minutes from Rangiora township and 25 minutes from Christchurch airport. Private guest entrance to a fully self contained one bedroom ensuite apartment with seperate lounge/dining and kitchen. Air conditioning, flat screen TV in both lounge and bedroom , free wifi and laundry facilities available. A private patio overlooks an attractive garden setting. Free parking on site. Comfortable private apartment attached to our home in a lovely rural setting but very close to Rangiora township. We are happy to help with any queries and advice on local attractions but will also respect your privacy. When travelling in or out of Christchurch, Rangiora is an attractive destination half an hour from the city and a good stopover when travelling on the Inland Scenic Route through the South Island. Keyless door code entry We are usually about to help with queries but on occasions when we are away we can both be contacted by phone. Rangiora, a 5 minute drive away, has a nice variety of restaurants and cafes, a good retail shopping centre, supermarkets, boutique cinema and heated swimming pool. The main town centre is very easily accessed from our property with a 5-6 minute drive. Our guests enjoy the privacy of our quiet semi-rural property on the town boundary and being able to wander around our garden.
