Accommodation is in the house with the owner, for guests there is a separate two-storey section with its own entrance. Accommodation is suitable for families or smaller groups (parts) 8 people Accommodation is in separate house section. There is no inside shared space. Everything is available to guests. There are 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, living room and fully equipped kitchen with bathroom downstairs. Parking is available for 2 cars under the roof. All year, guests are able to access living room with TV and fireplace and also fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge. In summer there is outside fireplace for BBQ available. Guests can also use a swimming pool or rent a bicycle. Sauna is available on site (surcharge). I live in next door section of the house. Most of the Year I am here and guests may contact me anytime. I will try my to best to help. House is located at the end of Podureň. 5km to the nearest city of Liptovský Mikuláš. Ski Centrum Javorovica and a Thermal swimming pool in Liptovský Ján is 5km away. Ski Centrum Jasna and 2 publicly accessible caves of Liptov are 20km away. Largest Aquapark in Slovakia, Tatralandia is located 25km away. There is a tourist fee of € 0.60 per person per night, it has to be paid after the arrival. The fee for a dog is € 5.00 per night, payable after the arrival.
