Private 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by beautiful rolling Devon countryside with amazing views. 20 minutes north of Exeter City and the Airport, ten minutes from the M5 and Tiverton Parkway main line station. Close to Dartmoor/Exmoor National Parks. Very close to Killerton House National Trust, also within easy distance to North and South Devon beaches, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and the very popular Diggerland. One double bedroom with en suite and two double bedrooms with bathroom next door. All rooms look out onto garden and fields with Dartmoor in the distance.Guests have the use of a private sitting room with TV and extensive DVD collection. There is also an adjacent pool table room and a separate fully equipped kitchen next to it with Oven, Induction hob, toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge with all necessary cutlery and plates etc. BBQ for guests use in the garden with croquet. Table tennis in the barn with the house martins! Own entrance to entire private end of house with access to garden and hens! We live in the other end of the house and are available for local information and directions if needed. We are more than happy to book lunch and dinner for guests at Pubs or Restaurants, Sitting in the heart of rural Devon Ten minutes walk from the local village which has two pubs and a convenience store. Local bus every 20 mins. into Exeter. Owners live in the other end of the large Devon longhouse farmhouse with completely seperate entrance. We are on hand for any local advice or information if needed. The AirBnb accomodation is completely self contained with your own private entrance.
