Double room with balcony

This comfortable room has a large double bed and a settee, private bathroom with shower and WC. It also features a small balcony, Nespresso machine, flat screen smart TV and free Wifi. Netflix is available in addition to the many satellite channels. Breakfast is available in the dining room every morning for €7 per person, per day (children under 14 years of age €4) and we also have a light snack menu available in the evenings. We are a small family run guest house with a large garden directly by the river and surrounded by mountains. We offer modern facilities and traditional decor to our guests. Free parking is available on site. All guest rooms are accessible only by stairs. Summer. The areas has many walking/hiking and cycling routes, there is an outdoor swimming pool five minutes drive away and the Grossglockner High Road is around 20 minutes drive. We are also only half an hour away for the year round ski area at the Mölltaler Glacier. WInter. Four ski areas within half an hour including Hieligenblut and Lienz Zettersfeld. There are numerous cross country skking trails locally with the nearest being only a few hundrem meters from our house. Additionally, the viallage has it's own draglift for beginners and children, and a floodlit toboggan run. Indoor bike and ski storage are available at no additional charge. We also have room for a limited number of motorbikes in an indoor garage on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask guests to kindly respect the neighbours and other guests by keeping quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM. Sorry, no pets allowed. All guest rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
