Lake Escape

Our place is on a gravel road on a serene lake. You’ll love the tranquility - not far from city life, but ideal to just relax. This secluded summer spot includes… -kayaks for exploring, -a raft nearby for swimming, and -a paddle boat for relaxing on the water. There are also many enjoyable attractions in the towns nearby, including Shelburne, Williamsburg, Ashfield, and Cummington. It's great for couples & families. It is on a gravel road, on a lake. It is wonderfully peaceful and calm. Wintertime snow shoeing and ice fishing; summertime kayaking and swimming; year round relaxation. We live next door, and are available if needed, but invisible if not. The sunrises can be breathtaking. The bird watching (with hawks, eagles, herons, ducks, ospreys) is entertaining. Walks are delightful. There is no public transit. This secluded corner of the world will bring you serenity, allow you to escape the stress of everyday life, and you will not want to leave. Direct TV and WiFi is available. At 1400 feet above sea level, it is about 10° cooler than nearby cities. Dress accordingly.
