It has a lovely sunny bedroom and lounge area, decorated with quality modern furnishings. The lounge flows out onto a private deck. The bathroom is spacious with double handbasins, freestanding bath and large shower. There are basic kitchen amenities including kettle, toaster, complimentary tea and coffee, and breakfast cereal. Dedicated off street parking outside unit for one vehicle. Premises not suitable for children. Guests have access to their own outdoor area, and can access the shared pool. We live next door and are available by text or email, or knock on the door! We are 600m from a beautiful beach and a fantastic coffee shop, a great stroll down our tree lined street. Close proximity to many more beaches, fantastic restaurants, shops and Milford Marina. Golf course and big walking park 2-5 minutes drive away.
