This beautiful apartment is situated less than 10 minutes walk to Glasgow Airport and less than 15 minutes ride away from Glasgow City Centre. It is a 10-minutes walk to the nearest train station, Paisley Gilmour Street. Various restaurants, bars, shopping centres and cafes can be found in the town of Paisley. It is located in a nice, peaceful area perfect for a relaxing holiday or a business trip and we have done everything to make your trip as homely and comfortable as possible. This flat has recently been refurbished to upgrade all the amenities in the flat and increase the comfort. Controlled access to the building leads to a short flight of stairs to the second floor where the flat is situated. As soon as you step into the flat, it will give you a sense of comfort and homeliness. Featuring two double bedrooms, one main bath/shower room and beautiful kitchen and lounge area, this place offers everything one could hope for when renting out a place for a short stay To summarize, the house includes: − A spacious living area with a beautiful corner sofa-bed − Fully-equipped kitchen area with all the necessities you need to enjoy your stay − Double bedroom 1 with a fitted wardrobe − Double bedroom 2 with a fitted wardrobe − 3 piece bathroom − Electric oven & hobs − Fridge and Freezer − High-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection − 55” TV installed, giving you access to online streaming and free view − Central heaters and double glazed windows in every room and instant hot water. − Washing Machine − Free Car Parking You will have exclusive access to this flat during your stay. As SpotHost helps me to host, you can be assured to receive an excellent guest experience. The flat will be accessible to check-in on a 24-hour basis via a team member meeting you at the site to introduce the flat and its facilities. There is free parking available outside the flat building. Complimentary towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided for our guests, as well as tea/coffee and fresh milk. There is also an information pack in the flat with exclusive discounts highlighting the main attractions, restaurants, the best way to get around in the city and much more. Due to my work commitments, my apartment is managed by a friendly hosting company (SpotHost) who looks after all of my guests on my behalf. This welcoming home is very accessible and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac area. It is right next close to Glasgow Airport and a short walk away from the train station, which will lead you to Glasgow City Centre in 15 minutes. The guests will also have access to the free car park with the apartment. There is also a local convenience store around the corner from the flat which is open till late. The nearest train station is Paisley Gilmour Street. The station is an 8-10 minute straight walk. − Multiple trains per hour to Glasgow Central (15-16 minutes journey) Paisley Gilmour Street station is in the Paisley town centre and has train links to Glasgow Central and various West Coast towns (Irvine, Troon; Ayr; Stranraer; Largs; Greenock; Gourock) Uber is widely used in Glasgow and taxis are easy to arrange. You will find all the necessary numbers in the information pack at the apartment. a private transfer can also be arranged upon guest request. If we can do anything else to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate. My co-hosting company can arrange transfers to and from the property upon guests’ request. They can also help with luggage storage if you’re arriving early or leaving late.
