Our family friendly holiday home is located in a quiet beach resort area called Madora Bay. Two minute walk to Madora Bay beach and park. Bus service at end of road. Huge shopping facilities all five mins drive away. Mandurah Quays/Canals and town centre ten minute drive away. Centrally located to world class golf courses. Our home can accommodate small, large, young or older people. We can accommodate 0-2 years and pets on request. Our home is situated in a small private road with a slight inclined drive. It is quite modern but cosy with all the creature comforts you expect from your own home. It has been designed for a family situation with a lovely secure back garden with patio setting and bbq. The home can cater for a golf weekender for large groups (over 23 yrs old or previous positive reviews) as have Meadow Springs (5 mins), Secrets Golf course (10 mins), Halls Head golf course (15 mins), Kennedy Bay golf course (15 mins) and Pinjarra and Dawesville Cut (20 mins). So quite a huge selection of world class golf courses on your doorstep and Madora Bay is central to all of them which makes it an ideal spot for a golf weekender. On top of this most of these places cater for Weddings as well as Peel Manor House and Amberley Gardens, so again makes it an ideal spot for families travelling from overseas to be close to the venue but enjoy a proper beach holiday break at the same time. Beach only being two mins walk away. Madora Bay Beach House can cater upto ten people quite comfortably. It has quite a spacious kitchen meals area with plenty of room with toys and games for children and a DVD tv for avid film buffs. The master bedroom is a lovely size walking straight into a private en suite bathroom and toilet area. The kitchen is medium to average size with all your amenities to hand. There are three other bedrooms two more with double and queen bed and last one with king single bed. All complete with Walk in robes and some cupboard and drawer space. There is also an extra bathroom and laundry with separate wc and vanity area. It has evaporative aircon in the bedrooms and split aircon/heat unit in meals area. Towels and linen are provided. We also have an office area with two USB power points and laptop bench. Free wifi during stay. There are two extra double sofa beds and an extra single mattress if required. We do allow pets however there is an additional charge and policy that pets are not left for long periods of the day or night. Pets left alone in a strange house tend to bark and this can be a hindrance to neighbours. A bond is also required to cover for damage, soiling or persistent dog barking being reported. We embrace pets but TO BE part of the family holiday not a substitute boarding kennel. Please contact me for prices and policies. There is also an automated garage door area to park car as well as drive way and free street parking. There are bus stops at either end of the road and a children’s play park at end of road just before getting to Madora bay beach. Please see photos of the beach. Bus service into Mandurah where you can catch a train to Perth or enjoy local tourism in Mandurah. Shops and cafes are five mins drive away along with fish and chips and the best Chinese locally Kawloon. Wecan also accommodate families at a special rate if there house sold quickly and new home not built yet or ready to move into, enquire about these rates. We also offer Virtual Assistant Office, so for those who are away on business we can still offer a service to keep your business running, please enquire about this, especially if it coincides with a business golf week away. Most of the time we dont qualify for Superhost status, not because we dont receive the top marks but its the amount of bookings that lets us down. The rest of the criteria we qualify for Superhost status. So dont be put off if we dont have "Superhost" status we do in every other sense of the word just not enough bookings.
