ArtHub Apartment - Room #1

Located in the heart of historic downtown Kingman, Arizona, these spacious apartment rooms sit atop the ArtHub, a local art gallery and education center. Rental fees are used to support a local nonprofit arts organization. The apartment features many large windows overlooking Beale Street. Room #1 is a 240 sq. ft. private room with shared kitchen, living room, laundry and 2 shared baths. There are 3 bedrooms available for rent within the apartment. There are 5 in total. The other two bedrooms are occupied by residents including a resident artist who manages the apartment. The entrance to the apartment is up a steep staircase and is not ADA accessible. The manager of the facility lives on site and is available for contact at most hours. The ArtHub is located 1 block north of historic Route 66. This location offer convenient access to locally owned businesses including many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The ArtHub and its surrounding businesses utilize shared parking. This can be problematic during special events and on the weekends (particularly on weekend evenings). There's usually plenty of parking during the weekdays.
