At the foot of the slopes in winter and in the heart of the hiking and mountain biking areas in other seasons, come and enjoy the charm of the Mountain. Located on the top floor accessible by elevator, Our bright apartment of 36m² can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults maximum). The south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Pyrenean slopes and summits. Practical, functional and very recently renovated, this NON-SMOKING and Pets NOT ALLOWED apartment has all the necessary equipment to make your stay pleasant and warm. A hallway with wall cupboard leading to a bright living room with modern furniture, a very functional open kitchen (Oven, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Tassimo Coffee Machine, Raclette Appliance, Toaster, Kitchen Utensils, Many Storage, etc...). A bathroom, totally redone this year, equipped with a shower, vanity, washing machine and separate toilet. A sitting area consisting of a sofa type BZ turning into a real bed with its quality Simmons mattress in 140x190 for two people, a bunk bed with 2 new mattresses, a 1-seater 70x190 convertible armchair for a child as well as an umbrella cot for baby equipped with a booster seat for newborn and changing mat. Complete the relaxation area, flat screen TV, TNT, Stereo and Console Playstation 3 to make your stay pleasant and warm. Finally, it has a private ski locker at the entrance of the residence. Cushions and duvets provided with covers for all our beds, bed linen and toiletries NOT PROVIDED. Guests have access to the entire accommodation as well as the balcony and ski locker located at the bottom of the residence. Minimum stay of 2 nights, possibility of weekly rental. Our apartment is located in the heart of the resort of PEYRAGUDES, on the slopes of Les Agudes, 12 kms from BAGNERES DE LUCHON, 20 minutes from the Louron valley and only 10 kms from LOUDENVIELLE, famous for its lake and its BALNEA center, the first spa resort of the French Pyrenees. Lakes all around! such as Lake Oô, Lake Espingo, Lake Boum, Lake Néré will offer you beautiful walks. And Spain is barely 30 minutes away! You will be at the foot of the slopes in winter, in the heart of hiking and outdoor activities spaces other seasons such as cycling (Road, mountain biking, Enduro, Descent), paragliding, fishing, rafting, canyoning or even tree climbing! In winter, Restaurants at the foot of the building and throughout the resort, Snack, Supermarket with bread deposit, Ski equipment rental stores. ESF ski school, ticket office, toboggan run and ski lifts less than 100m, opposite the residence. Come and enjoy the charm of the Mountain. You can walk around the station. Hiking areas are in the immediate vicinity of the resort. The SKYVALL cable car on the PEYRESOURDES slopes takes you winter and summer on the slopes or departures of hikes. WIFI Free in the Hors-sac room! The pool of the Town Hall is currently closed for work. Thank you for your understanding. Despite this, the location of our apartment will allow you to enjoy many beautiful lakes located around like the Lake of Oô (Parking of the lake 10 Min), the Lake of Espingo located a few steps from the Lake of Oô by the hiking areas or the superb Lake of Loudenvielle famous for its BALNÉA center, first complex of relaxation in thermal water of the French Pyrenees less than 15 minutes by car from our accommodation.
