The location is in the heart of the South Park neighborhood, equipped with its own private security. This loft is walking distance to LA Live, FIDM, fine restaurants, cafe's, arts and entertainment. With your reservation you will have access to one assigned parking spot + guest parking. The community is fully gated & secure. In the loft, you will have a dining table that seats 6 people, comfy sectional couch, queen size bed, a blow up mattress, large glass desk, walk in closet, 2 additional closet spaces, laundry & dryer, central AC, and 55" 4k HDTV with cable television & high speed wireless internet. The Loft has hardwood floors throughout, large oversized windows, german crafted kitchen with Caesarstone Quartz Countertops. The bathroom has an oversized bathtub, designer tile flooring, large mirror and quartz countertops. I will try my best to provide you with any other amenities that you may need for your stay. You will be given a key fob, access code, and house keys for the duration of your stay. I will be available at all times if there are any issues during your stay. The South Park neighborhood is the safest area of downtown with its own south park security. The Loft is located steps away from L.A. Live and Staples Center and walking distance to cultural landmarks like Disney Hall, the Music Center and MOCA, the Broad, the new Skyspace LA, and plenty of dining and shopping options. The loft is also steps away from Ralph's, Starbucks, and Whole Foods.
