Pendle Hill Farm is located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated within the heart of Lancashire's historic witch country. Overlooking rural countryside views & Pendle Hill, the area is surrounded by glorious walks. A range of pubs offer local produce, Michelin star food & real ales. The accommodation comprises of 2 x kingsize bedrooms (1 x ensuite & 1 x roll top bath), 1 x double bedroom & 1 x single room with bunkbeds. Comfortably sleeping 6 adults & 2 children. Idilic location. Our spacious semi rural farmhouse offers a large open plan kitchen with all the facilities available to cook up a gourmet meal. Theres a breakfast bar for socialising with a glass of wine and play a game of cards, or just simply enjoy a coffee whilst taking in the morning sunshine and gorgeous views over Pendle Hill. A large corner group sofa offers plenty of space for the family to watch Netflix and chill out in the lounge. Or cozy up in front of the log burning stove and enjoy a good book on the reading chair. You can enjoy the stunning views from the patio doors which open out onto the balcony & gardens. Our dining room offers plenty of space to entertain around a large dining table which comfortably seats eight. Theres a downstairs w/c and utility room with a washing machine and dryer, Iron & Ironing board, plenty of hooks for outdoor coats. The utility also makes a great bedroom for your dog/dogs if they decide to accompany you on your stay. Our four spacious bedrooms are all located upstairs with a fabulous main house bathroom, a roll top bath and large glass shower cubicle. One of the two master bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with sizeable shower cubicle, sink unit with mirror & shaving point. Our second master bedroom has a roll top bath. Unlimited fast speed wifi. Smart tv in the lounge. Dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer. Parking for several vehicles. Large wild gardens to three sides of the property, with a relaxing garden room tucked away within the garden. Making an ideal get away/retreat for reading or a little reflection time… Plenty of off road parking for several vehicles. The property is located in a great location in an area of outstanding beauty with plenty of walks through Pendle witch country. There are some great local pubs and restaurants, all within a 5 minute drive also offering great food and a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking on the drive is available. There are also bus routes available locally.
