Be conscious if you are walking around the area, particularly close to water. Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time without approval. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm. Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
