Selva has some restaurants and if you need to do your grocery shopping or need more services, you can drive to Inca. A car is essential. You will enjoy from lots of space and a nice terrace. This house consists of 6 bedrooms with double or single beds; 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 2 shower rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area. Equipment includes a washing machine, free Wifi and a TV. Groups and sports lovers will find a quiet and lovely home for their perfect holidays. Welcome! To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night, during the high season. The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
