This is a fully renovated 3 bedroom house just 8km from the Adelaide city centre. Freshly renovated modern 3 bedroom home with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the entire house. Fully equipped new white kitchen with timber look bench tops for short or long stays, has everything you could need including dishwasher. A sliding door off the dining area takes you to the outdoor seating area perfect to relax with a glass of wine after a full day of sightseeing or visiting family, friends or one of Adelaide fabulous festivals. We're Adelaidians who love to share our vibrant city with other fellow Australian or guests from around the world. The very comfortable home has wooden floors throughout the entire house, accept for the bedrooms which all have new neutral tone carpet. The front main queen bedroom (with built in wardrobe) faces north allowing for the warm winter sun to light up the room, making it a cosy place to curl up with a good book or magazine. Outside the windows have shutters which can easily opened or closed to block out noise and heat making holiday sleep ins a breeze. The other 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed (also has built in wardrobe) and the other front room, which also has external window shutters, has 1 king single bed (suitable for an adult) and a set of single bunks suitable for either adults and children, This room is ideal for children 2-15 years of age. Sorry there is no cot or high chair available for infants. All bedrooms have ample storage so you can unpack and feel like you are in a home away from home. The entire house can be booked, however the bedrooms are made available based on the number of people selected when booking. For example 2 adults 1 bedroom. Other unbooked rooms, will be locked, and not available, therefore please ensure you book correctly. If 2 rooms are required as singles are travelling please book for 3-4 people. The nightly rate is adjusted according to how many rooms will be used as there are additional costs associated with how many rooms will be used. Making rooms available as required ensure that only registered guests will be staying at the house. All guests over 15 years of age are classified as adults. All guest eligible to be Covid19 vaccinated will be required to supply copies of there vaccination certificate prior to check in. If this isn't suitable please ensure you cancel the booking within the first 24 hours of making the booking. After a day of exploring our beautiful city, spoil yourself with a relaxing bath or shower in the newly renovated black and white bathroom with excellent lighting. A fully furnished living area offers a sleek space to put your feet up and listen to your own music through the Bluetooth speaker tower or watch television before ordering in from one of the many fast foods outlets near by or dine out at one of Adelaide’s world class restaurants and enjoy a glass of South Australian wine. If you prefer to eat in, there are a number of supermarkets near by (the closets one is just 1.2km) for all your cooking needs, and the kitchen has all the utensil you could possibly need to cook up a storm. This modern house is ideal for either a small family or 2 couples. The backyard is private and secure, with out door seating and electric BBQ. All linen is provided, however for longer stays please note that the house isn’t serviced, linen can be changed for an additional charge. There is a full equipped laundry with washer dryer and there is an out door closes line and washing powder is supplied. If you wish to have the house cleaned, this also can be arranged for an additional charge. Please ensure you read the house rules, if there are any breaches you will be asked to leave the property and any unused nights will not be refunded as you have not complied with the house rules. The entire house is offered with off street parking for 2 cars but it is situated on a quiet street so it is very safe to park vehicles on the street should you need to. Host doesn't live on premises but is available for assistance including suggestion for places to see and things to do whilst visiting my beautiful city, Adelaide. The house is very close to the city centre of Adelaide where you can find great restaurants and bars along with the shopping mall. The house is a short distance away from many park, and reserves such as; TK Shutter Reserve & Felixstow Reserve. Also Lochiel Park Golf course is closeby. Payneham Swimming Centre and Klemzig bus interchange (takes you into the Adelaide CBD) are both a short drive away. Just down the road is Ramsey Avenue Play Ground which is great for the kids. Continental Breakfast provisions provided such as; milk, juice, tea/coffee, bread, cereal, butter, jams etc. Also oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and a few other items are all supplied.
