Immaculate Large Gite with Free Fishing & Lazy Spa

This pretty area of Villaines-la-Juhel has many walking and cycling routes with places to visit. Normandy Beaches approx 1.5 hrs drive and Le Mans is only an hour drive for that Motor Experience. There are also bars and restaurants locally and within walking distance. Fun Games area under shelter, fun fishing lake with mainly Carp. Lazy Spa to relax in. Continental breakfast is available, on request at an additional cost of 12E, per person, per day, paid on arrival. Large 89 sq mtr Gite 1/2 Bedrooms. One with two singles together joined, and thick mattress topper for extra comfort as a king size. Can be separated if singles preferred. Has a wardrobe and side units for your storage. 2nd bedroom, if required, has a double bed with a thick mattress topper, wardrobe, and side units for your storage. The kitchen area has everything you need for daily use. The shower room does not include a bath TV has Freesat and a DVD player The dining area sits up to 6 guests and the table can extend further if needed Outside you have your own decking area for private use or you can stroll around the garden with the free-range chickens and goose or around the fishing lake. The Spa is in use, weather permitting. Not in use from September to March unless with the owner's agreement. May incur an additional cost depending on the length of stay. Fishing is allowed but we ask for you to return fish to the lake if caught. It is a fun fishing lake, not professional, which includes mainly Carp fish. Cars have free parking outside of the Gite, at your own risk. We are in a very safe and friendly area The reading corner is for book swapping or reading your own books. The whole of Gite and Terrace area with Garden and lake access. Walkways all around for miles. We are always around but due to upkeep we may be out and around Gite and if not will not be far.
