The kitchen looks out over the large south facing garden and private court yard to the rear of the property, with picnic bench and plenty of space. The lounge is well furnished and the large sofa doubles as an extra bed if required. There is a smart tv, dvd player and free view available along with many books and pictures of the local landmarks and incredible history of the surrounding area. The bathroom has both shower, bath facilities and WC. Upstairs’ there are 2 double bedrooms and a children’s twin room, all with great views over the estuary.
