Family villa with a pool & garden, nearby the sea

Welcome to Casa Ciao Bella, a gorgeous, historical villa near the village of Carassai, surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool (8x5). On the ground floor, there are two independent apartments (2 persons) with a private entrance and terrace. The villa’s main house has its own entrance. On the first floor, there is a big kitchen and living room, both with access to a spacious roof terrace. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I The villa is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool (8x5m) and breath-taking views of rolling hills and vineyards. It offers guests an authentic, relaxing, and welcoming experience. In the garden, you will find fruit trees, fresh herbs, and a small olive grove. The house is divided over three floors and sleeps a maximum of 12 persons. It’s possible to rent the whole villa or parts of the villa. Apartments: The two independent apartments are located on the ground floor and are suitable for two persons. Each apartment consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a separate bathroom. Both apartments have a private entrance and terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast while soaking up the panoramic view. Only in consultation, in advance, dogs are welcome. The supplement is 5 Euros per day per dog. The entrance to the main house is also on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen and living room with access to the roof terrace with a spectacular view over the countryside. This is a great place to have your breakfast or an aperitivo. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 rooms have their private bathroom. The other 2 rooms share a bathroom on the corridor. There is a private parking place next to the villa. I live in a private house on the edge of the garden and I am available for tips and a chat. In the village of Carassai you will find 2 bars for a cappuccino and a cornetto or an icecream. There is also a small supermarket, bakery and a marcelleria (butcher) where you can buy the local sausage. Or what about a wine tasting at one of the many local wineries? In the next village there is a big supermarket and you can also go to one of the local farmers to buy fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs. There are many historical villages in the area, like Fermo and Ascoli Piceno where you can stroll around. And of course the beautiful sea and beaches. The nearest beach is just a 15 minutes car drive away. Also for the outdoor activities there are lots of oppertunities, like hiking and biking or maybe you like to rent a Vespa to take a tour in the countryside or a rental bike to take a tour next to the sea? You can reach the Adriatic sea with the beach less than 15 minutes by car and Monte Sibilini – a national park – less than one hour away by car. There are a lot opportunities for outdoor-activities like biking and hiking. Only in consultation, in advance, dogs are welcome. The supplement is 5 Euro per day per dog.
