Priest Lake home: amazing beach!

2BR (+screen porch) 1BA quiet home with access to incredible beach a 3 min walk away! Beautiful home located on best part of Priest Lake: easy access to Spokane airport (2 hours) & town of Coolin. Close to Cavanaugh & Hills Resorts. Sleeps 6. Dogs negotiable. Hiking, biking, swimming, steps away! Boatslip sometimes available with extra charge. Seasonal rental, dates available May - October. 2BR (+ screen porch with bunk beds), 1BA quiet home with access to best beach on the lake! Beautiful home located on best part of Priest Lake: easy access to Spokane airport (2 hours) & town of Coolin. Close to Cavanaugh & Hills Resorts. Sleeps 6 adults. We have 2 indoor bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bunks on screen porch, with option of a pullout couch. Not lakefront, but a 3 min walk to beach. Beach is flat white sand, south facing (all day sun!) quiet and private beach that is shared with several other houses (one of the best on the lake!). Boat slip is often available on advance request for additional fee. Steps to lake recreation, hiking, mountain biking. Amenities include free parking, fully outfitted modern kitchen, washer/dryer, screen porch with picnic table, good size yard, use of canoe, beach chairs, DVD player. Dogs ok with cleaning fee but no cats please (we are allergic). Please note that this home is located in peaceful and tight-knit community. We work hard to keep our neighbors' trust so are looking for respectful renters who love Priest Lake as much as we do... if you are looking for a rowdy or rambunctious lake vacation, we wish you the best (and understand that urge!) but would request you look elsewhere and keep us in mind for more relaxing weekends. :) In your request please list # of people, if you need the boatslip, your familiarity with Priest Lake, and a contact number. One of our family members typically meets guests at the house on the first day to show them around the house and community. Prior to that, email is best, but please be patient as I am working in Africa currently! Steamboat Bay is the best part of the lake: accessible to the airport and town of Coolin, near both Hills and Cavanaugh Bay if you want to go out to dinner, flat beach with great sand and all-day sun, access to boating to the islands, great trails and hiking nearby. Doesn't get any better! Four night minimum stay June 1st until after Labor Day
