From end to end, the first floor features an entire wall of glass for your viewing pleasure. The scenery is beautiful and ever changing with the fabulous wildlife and water patterns, sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful nightly sky scenes. With the wide open sky above the bay, star-gazing in the hot tub at night is amazing. The house has been fully renovated and completely updated. Every bedroom in the house has a ceiling fan, and door lock. The room listed here has a brand new Queen sized bed. Guests have access to a large capacity washer and dryer as well. There is no other property like it in the area and is very privately located. The house cannot be seen from the road and has so much to offer. It really is a Hidden Gem!!! The guests will have access to all of the amenities listed above, including the living room, kitchen, laundry, hot tub, pool, volley ball court, basketball court, gym, dock, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor patio, gas grill, outside shower, outside bathroom, indoor/outdoor Bose Entertainment Music System, outdoor fire pit, and more... I will work to accommodate my guests’ needs, as I realize everybody is different and may have different agendas when they arrive here. Being close to the East End of Long Island, we are very close to the Wineries, Long Island Sky Diving, the Hamptons, and many, many beaches. A local waterfront park with a tremendous pier (Osprey Park) is located within walking distance as well as the William Floyd Estate which is a 560 + acre wildlife refuge just minutes away. William Floyd was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Smith's Point beach is less than 5 miles away and during the summer feature nightly live music on the beach boardwalk. Fishing, clamming, and crabbing are all also available to experience as well depending on the season. During the winter duck hunting is extremely popular, and the winter landscape on the water is quite beautiful. Wildlife abounds all year long. Every season has its different wildlife visitors, and it's extremely peaceful and enjoyable to experience. The hot tub runs year round and is extremely soothing during all seasons. This place is fantastic all year round! Being a waterfront community and having a property on the water, the only traffic we get is boat traffic. It is quite enjoyable watching the different boats go by. At any given day you may see a fishing boat, sailboat, speedboat, yacht, cigarette boat, jet skis, kayaks, row boats, etc... and even occasionally a seaplane. We are about 25 minutes from Long Island MacArthur International Airport, and about 10 minutes from the Brookhaven Airport. The Long Island Railroad is about 5 miles away and we are listed as the Mastic/Shirley train station. Depending on the time of year, many different activities will be going on at different times. Being on the water, I may be able to arrange boat trip excursions to the ocean or the beach, jets ski rentals, jet boat rides, fishing trips etc..... I also have kayaks/paddleboard/electric boat/row boats available also.
