Traditional Village House

The house is 120 sq.m. and one of the few that has been built and decorated in a traditional way. Located in the center of the village 2.5 Km from the beach and provides all modern comforts. Due to its construction it is completely safe. Those who have visit it, were completely satisfied with the comfort of the premises and the amenities available. Most suitable for families, welcoming, with a warm atmosphere. It has direct access to the main road that passes through the village. It is one of the oldest and safest homes in the area. It is very comfortable. It has large courtyards, open plan ground floor, living room, dining room, kitchen (68 sqm), with nice decoration and everything you need to feel your own. It is near to many beaches, nightclubs and restaurants, mini market (80 m), taverna with spectacular views (100 m), nature walking paths and is only 12 km from Zakynthos town. The entire house is available except for one room and some closets, which contain personal belongings. At any time, we can give you information and help you with everything you need. The house is located in the center of the village, next to the church of Agia Triada. and opposite the school and the square. It is easy to access and quiet. The village was built on a hill at an altitude of 156 meters, about 1500 AD, so that it was invisible by the sea, for fear of pirates. One of the first settlers was John Palladinos in 1510. There are trails around the village in olive groves, with very nice views. It is worth visiting the hill of the nearby village (1 km), with stunning views of the whole island and the chapel of Agios Spyridon, overlooking Kefalonia. There is a shuttle bus to the city every morning and noon. The house is one of the few that was built before 1953, completely safe and has been traditionally constructed and decorated. It has all the comforts. It is surrounded by almond trees, lemon trees and fruit trees. Located in the center of the village, it has large courtyards, a covered outdoor area and an outdoor barbecue.
