King size bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa sleeper with inner-sprung mattress in the living room. New air conditioning / heat pump unit in living room. Bathroom has toilet, vanity and shower over 3/4 size bath. Separate small kitchen space with breakfast pantry including yummy organic eggs. A one minute walk to the boat ramp and jetty A gorgeous walk / cycle loop from the property along the harbors edge to the reserve at the end of the road. Railway track in close proximity We have re-built the deck on the unit so there is a lovely sunny outdoor space with a BBQ. Available for use on request - portacot, mountain buggy, bicycles (including kids bikes). Full access to guest house We live in the main house on the property and would likely be available to assist you if anything is needed. If we are not around then you will be able to contact us if anything is needed. We are a busy family with two young children and some chickens in a lovely large run in the backyard. We love to eat local, organic food and reduce waste being as sustainable as we can - this will be a long journey of small changes as we go. Our children are very social however we are happy to interact as little or much as you please. Plummers Point Road is a stunning, peaceful semi-rural location with a fantastic community and some spectacular properties along the waterfront. There is a cycle way from Omokoroa Beach to the city that goes past the property You would need a car for getting here, it's a 12 minute drive to Bethlehem, Tauranga (traffic dependent), 10 minutes to Omokoroa, 16 minutes to Tauranga CBD and 24 minutes to Mt Maunganui or 34 minutes to Waihi Beach. There are not really public transport options although I'm sure uber would bring you out here if you would like.
