Casas Do Mar Ericeira, Ribamar (DT) With balcony

The charming apartment is located in the centre of Ribamar, a cosy and quiet little village just outside of Ericeira. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the seaside. The apartment is 5' by foot from Coxos beach, one of the 7surfspots of the World Surf Reserve. There's a bakery, butcher, restaurants, a bar and two small grocery shops in the village, so you have everything you need just steps away from your stay. It is about 40' from Lisbon airport to arrive in Ribamar. The apartment is completely renovated and has all utilities necessary for a lovely self-catered holiday. The apartment is very bright, what makes it pleasant to stay. There is a possibilty to use a baby travelcot. Unfortunately we will have to charge €25 for cleaning if there is a booking of less then 5 nights. This amount will be charged at the check in. You have acces to the entire apartment, situated on the first floor, with a separate entrance for each apartment. There is a common entrance for the three T1- apartments in the building. Ribamar is a small and cosy little village near Ericeira. It is very quiet and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Beaches are in a walking distance, plenty of possibilities for hiking and MTB, restaurants, a bakery, a butcher, grocery shops etc... There is a possibility to rent mountainbikes. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the building, free of charge Lisbon airport is a 40' drive from Ribamar. Ericeira centre is 10' driving from Ribamar. Unfortunately we will have to charge €25 for cleaning if there is a booking of less then 5 nights. This amount will be charged at the check in.
