Three bedrooms will sleep a total of 5 guests. The property has its own small courtyard and has wonderful views of the river Severn to enjoy and admire. Located in a peaceful area & parking free outside the property. Set across two floors, this characterful home boasts an open-plan area to enjoy family time and socialising easily. On the ground floor is the large lounge with a big leather L shaped sofa, suitable for approx 6-7 people, Sky TV, DVD player and making the lounge the hub for entertainment. Large windows make the room light and give the wonderful views of the River Severn. Also down stairs is the bathroom, complete with bath and over bath shower, king-sized bedroom and also single bedroom. Upstairs is the kitchen diner and the double bedroom. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped and houses an american-style fridge freezer with water and ice, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, twin oven with gas hob and a coffee maker. A dining table suitable for the maximum of 5 guests is located up here with great views too. Double bedroom is also located upstairs. This is a full let so the whole place is yours to enjoy. I am always on the phone to help with any issues and I always try and greet my guests upon check-in. A friendly helpful neighbourhood. Very peaceful area. Parking area is communal with plenty of spaces right outside the property. Getting around is super easy round here - get on your comfy shoes and walk to many lovely pubs, museums, cafes and The Ironbridge itself. The walk is pleasant and scenic. Using the car is also an option with lots of well sign posted public car parks in the areas of attraction. There are buses passing through regularly, as well as taxi companies just a call away. We have a damage deposit policy, so before arrival I take a damage deposit via transfer or (Hidden by Airbnb) ; this is returned within 24hrs of checking out should the property be in the perfect state it was found (no damages).
