This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, self-catering guesthouse, situated within walking distance from the beach and picturesque lagoon, is the perfect accommodation for your holiday. Enjoy canoeing along the lagoon, a fun-filled day at beach, sun-downers at the nearby beach restaurants or a round of golf at Milnerton Links Golf Course. Milnerton Guesthouse is ideal for solo or business travelers, families or couples looking for a home away from home. Outdoor barbecue facilities available. This holiday home is recently renovated and with the open plan layout of the kitchen; dining; entrance and lounge areas. Perfect for entertaining dinner guests or just enjoying the spaciousness of your home away from home. You'll have your own secure parking for up to two vehicles and enter the open space through double doors leading in from the outside area. Enjoy reading a book and relaxing while the natural light fills the room. Enjoy lazing in the sun or indulge in a good old traditional braai (barbeque) on the shared outdoor patio area. There are two fully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms with modern finishes. Both bedrooms include built in cupboards. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and the guest bathroom includes a bath. Milnerton is the perfect location for families, as there are plenty of things to do in the area. The outside entrance has a fun tree swing and the owners have lots of books and fun activities for kids to enjoy (available upon request)h Guests have access to secure onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles only They may make use of the outdoor patio and braai facilities (wood, charcoal, fire starters not included) Guests also have access to internet and cable TV (DSTV) Although guesthouse owners, Trevor and Glenda, reside on the property and are always happy to assist with any queries you may have, you will also have the privacy you deserve. They are both very committed to ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guests have their own separate entrance and access to the automated gate where they can lock up and go whenever they please. This beautiful and quiet neighbourhood boasts spectacular views of Cape Town CBD, Robben Island, Signal Hill and, of course, one of the seven wonders of nature - Table Mountain. With its lagoon, beach, nearby restaurants and golf course, this suburb is the ideal spot for some well earned rest and recreation. Enjoy a refreshing surf only 5 minutes away from the guesthouse, go canoeing along the lagoon, visit the theme park at Ratanga Junction, or meet up with friends at one of the many restaurants, bars or cafes in the area. There is so much to choose from. The guesthouse cottage is just a 10-15 minute drive into the city centre and a 5 minute drive to one of the continents leading retail shopping malls - Canal Walk Shopping Centre. One of the most spectacular things about the Milnerton area is that everything you could possibly need or want out of a holiday is right on your doorstep. We have onsite parking for guests for 2 vehicles only. There are several car rental companies nearby, feel free to chat to the owners for advice. The MyCiti bus station is only a 5 minute walk from the guesthouse. Alternatively download the Uber app (www . uber . co m ) and get to where you need to be in minutes. Feel free to contact owners, Trevor or Glenda, for any further guidance or assistance with getting around. Pets do live on the property, however they are usually kept separate from the cottage's courtyard. Kindly ensure the automated gate is kept closed at ALL times.
