SOFY'S TAVERN

A nice tavern underneath my villa, independent with its own entrance. 4 comfortable sleeps , between bed room and bed-couch. The apartment is totally renewed and refurbished, with wi-fi and washing machine. The neighborhood "Le cascine" is a picturesque part of Ispra : plunged in nature in a perfect mix of traditional old farming houses and new villas, in an area detached from town center, but only minutes away . Is perfect for getaway, for business near JRC or for an holiday on the lake. Our area is something unique for its special configuration that makes staying an experience of old Italian farming areas, a little like Tuscany, and its proximity to the beautiful Lake Maggiore, only minutes away from our house, in a delicious stroll through the fields and woods behind. Ispra offers many things to do like a white sand beach, restaurants and the famous aperitive’s scene in the town square, in addition, all the basics for a happy stay, like shops, bars, pharmacy, boat rentals, waterski. Sailing, etc… This side of the lake is full of points of interest: like La Rocca di Angera, Eremo di Santa Caterina, Laveno, Luino, and through ferryboats or car the Piedmont side is only 30 min away……. come and check yourself for a happy holiday. My cohost is my papa Gianluca Le Cascine is the perfect getaway place for any type of holiday, it is at walking distance of the town of Ispra which offers many amenities and things to do , such as a public sand beach, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shop, supermarkets.....etc. The neighborhood has though a special country old charm being our apartment plunged in a last centuary farmhouses area that offers charm, woods nearby to enjoy long walks or sports activities. Pubblic bus is only 50 meters from the house, on the lake you can use public boat service named : Navigazione Lago Maggiore, by walk you can reach down town in 10 minutes (1Km.), we are giving free two bicycles
