Maison Pingrieux, not far from the A20 motorway in St Ybard. Peace and space on the first floor with its own entrance, covered private terrace with lounge sofa and a panoramic view. Private swimming pool with adjoining terrace, lounge chairs, sunbeds, barbeque, sit at the outdoor table in the shade under the trees. The children play on the grass or on the trampoline. For the little ones there is a swing and slide. Pure enjoyment and relaxation at this wonderful holiday destination. The apartment has a large , well - equipped kitchen . Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and gas stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster. In the kitchen there is a spacious dining table. There is a small bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A large bedroom with a bed of 180x200. There is a flat screen TV with Dutch and French TV channels, Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime. This room also has space to put a baby cot. A room with two single beds of 110x190. The beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen are provided. Bathroom with shower and double sink. Free parking space at the house. Free WIFI. Toilet is separate. If you want to use the washing machine, we charge €5 for a machine of 7 kg and €5 for drying. The whole apartment is for you; if you are two, four or six people, you have the total available! The apartment has three bedrooms, wc, shower, kitchen, terrace, land, swimming pool! We do not rent to two different people or families. So you won't share anything with strangers. You don't share the pool with us! Everything is private!
