If you need a place to stay, this comfortable double bedroom on the ground floor is ready and waiting for you! Check out our KING bedroom too; located on the second floor. Comfortable, cozy bedroom downstairs has a double bed, two windows, chair, dresser space, closet space and flat screen tv. Located next to the bathroom. You are welcome to spend time in the family room, kitchen, or outside sitting around the backyard fire pit conversation area or brick patio with seating for five. Great for evenings! You are welcome to use the kitchen where there is a table for two, or the dining room table or the kitchen bar. If I can help your stay become the best experience ever, just ask me. My neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and great for walking and exploring the historic district. Within a single block from my home is our AYDEN VETERAN'S PARK with playground, swing sets, benches and public tennis courts. New is our town's AYDEN DISTRICT PARK which includes a walking trail/full sports complex with GOLF DISC COURSE, and playground with SPLASH PAD for children. Voted in the top 10 best BBQ establishments in the country again this year is our SKYLIGHT INN, located a mile away; take out or eat in. Food Network ranked it number 3 in the country. New Sam Jones BBQ has opened 7 miles away and is a hot spot! Many of our guestd stay here when they visit the famous Farmer and The Chef in Kinston since we are the closest Airbnb to the restaurant!o My home is about 15 minutes from Vident Hospital and ECU campus, 20 minutes from Pitt-Greenville Airport, a direct route to Highway 11 South. Minutes from Greenville restaurant chains: Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Cheddars, etc. Ayden is home of the famous BBQ at The Skylight Inn! And the new SAM JONES BBQ is 7 miles away. Ayden has Chinese and Mexican take-out, Dominoes, and our local BUM's Restaurant, known for southern cooking, is within walking distance downtown. YODER'S Dutch Farm Restaurant, located between Grifton and Vanceboro is great for breakfast...and for fine dining, the famous FARMER AND THE CHEF is only twenty minutes away in Kinston.
