The house is surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet neighborhood a few steps from the historic center (20 minutes walk ao 5 minutes by car, bust stop just by the house). The interior offers the warmth of the fireplace, a garden, private parking, and a whole forest for jogging. Internet broad bad Wi-Fi and Ethernet included and TV. The house is fully furnished, complete with sheets, towels and every need for cooking. The space is organized in two distinct areas: a large open space part that houses the kitchen and the living room, a small hallway that allows access to the double bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a huge wardrobe, while the bathroom is complete with shower and sink, towel, soap and toilet paper as well. In the living room a comfortable sofa bed guarantees the hospitality of one more guest. in addition, the house is equipped with a cot and high chair for children in order to guarantee the hospitality of newborns and infants. Just in front of the house you can discover one of the most ancient Templar church in the Europe: Fra Bevignate templar church, while at the bottom of the house's road you would appreciate the peace of the monumental cemetery which bring together the main three monotheistic religion. The Assisi city and Trasimeno's lake is at 30minutes by car, the highway is just down of the hill. The House is a few kilometers away from downtown, just 15-20 minutes walking are needed to reach the centrum or 5 minutes driving. Bus stop is a less then 100 meter from the house. The hosue is close to Tiber River which can be reached by the jogging path, even the Trasimano Lake is quite near by car! The Pets are welcome and for them there will be space and comfort both inside the house and in the outdoor garden.
