VILA LEON - Old Qeparo

Vila Leon is an original stone house located in the Old Village of Upper Qeparo and it has been completely restored preserving the typical characteristics of the village. The fantastic location on a hill overlooking the sea makes it the perfect home for unforgettable holidays. The terrace offers an amazing view on the Ionian sea and Corfu Island. In a few minutes by car you can reach Qeparo or Borsh, a favorite destination for families, characterized by quiet beaches, restaurants and taverns. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area where the original architecture melts in a perfect combination with modern furniture. The original arched niches have been preserved and used as a bedroom for guests and a modern resin bathroom complete with toilet, bidet and ceiling shower. The kitchen is very bright and gives direct access to the courtyard where you will find a grill and a built-in sink to enjoy outdoor dining with family and friends. On the first floor there is a master bedroom, a triple room with bunk bed (double bed and a single bed) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area can be accessed both internally from the wooden and metal staircase, and from the external stone staircase that leads to the highlight of the house: the terrace with mountain & sea views. The house is around 3 minutes on foot from the village's main square. Once you arrive in Upper Qeparo, park the car in the small square and head toward the church. The house is at the end of the stone pathway, only e few meters away from the church. Most of the time I am abroad for family and working reasons, but I am always available to assist you via airbnb platform or on the phone. You will find a dedicated person on spot who will assist you during check in/check out and in case you need further support during your stay in Vila Leon. The village has a bar and a grocery shop for the most essential needs. Once in Upper Qeparo, it is important to park the car in the village small square and then move on foot between the stone paths. The house is around 3 minutes walking distance from the village small square where you will park your car. It is advisable to move by car in the area as there is no public transport that connects the village to the beach. ACCESS- once you arrive in Upper Qeparo, park the car in the small square and head toward the church. The house is at the end of the stone pathway, around 3 min on foot. WATER - it is not recommended to drink tap water. WI-FI - there is no Wi-Fi in the house because the village is not covered by broadband internet. PHONE SIGNAL - depending on your mobile operator, you might not get high speed internet in Upper Qeparo.
