Our fully furnished apart are ready for families and groups of friends who are looking for a modest cozy flat and want to enjoy the wonderful nature of Karaburun, the sea and the underwater beauties! All of our apart are of the most beautiful views, namely Mimoza Bay and Bodrum Beach. In addition, it can be seen on the right side of the apart that Saip Village,Ambarseki Villages and center of Karaburun has located in foothills of Bozdag Mountain. The apartment is suitable for up to 5 adults. All kinds of kitchen utensils are available for cooking. Period of rent should be for at least 5days. For long stays, bed linen and towels are refreshed once a week. We are at a very lucky point in terms of our location and view. At the observation center of the landscape that has become the symbol of Karaburun. Our location is a 3-minute walk away from Mimoza Bay, 3 and 5 minutes walk away respectively to the Aslanburnu Kayalıkları(beach) and Alman Koyu (beach) . It is also 3 minutes away from Bodrum Beach and İncirli beach by car. PLEASE NOTE THAT balcony railings are danger to children, therefore, we accept our guests with children by signing a contract that we do not accept responsibility. Our apart has two separate entrances, and our guests can reach their independent door by passing through the main yellow door. This flat is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. As landlords, we live in the ground floor and we have different entrance. So that, we independently have a holiday to each another guests :) We promise you that we will do our best to spend your holiday in the best and comfortable way. Our location takes 2 minutes to 105 Basamak bay by walk, 5 minutes to Mimoza bay by walk, 3 minutes to İncirli bay by car, 6 minutes to Bodrum beach by car, 5 minutes to Kuyucak beach by car, 5 minutes to the Pier by car, 5 minutes to the various markets by car, 7 minutes to the state hospital and pharmacies by car. The location of flats are also 21 km away to Mordoğan, 10 km away to the coast of Yeniliman and 110 km away Adnan Menderes Airport. Secondly, the shortest way of coming Karaburun from the center of İzmir is by using public transport: You can take a minibus from the stop of Uckuyular Fahrettin Altay Transfer Center to the center of Karaburun. The journey takes about 1h 15min. After getting Karaburun town center, you can easily take a cab (5 mins journey) or local bus to get to the apart. The nearest bus stop 20m away from our apart. If you prefer to come Karaburun with your own car, you should follow the way of transportation that passing through the İzmir-Çeşme highway and turn to to the signboard of Karaburun . The distance of after the Karaburun sign is approximately 55 km away to the apart. Please contact us if you face with any problems. While using kitchen utensils, you can break glass or plates. It doesn't matter, it just accidentally happens. However, damages that arise due to intentional or omission, are charged from you as financial cost. Please leave the utensils cleaned. NO SMOKİNG rules prohibited in indoors areas. We check in your flat before and after you give the key.
