VIP Church View is a stylish two bedroom apartment located on the first floor of VIP Church Street Apartments building. It is walking distance to Portadown town centre and has a large free public car park located behind the building. VIP Church View has a large master bedroom with a King sized bed, a bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath, a small second bedroom and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The apartment is located on the first floor and has gas central heating and wifi. VIP Church View apartment is perfect for parties of 3 people. It has a spacious bedroom with a King sized bed featuring a Casper mattress with 100% cotton bedding for the best night's sleep. There is a small bedroom which has a small double bed, we would recommend this room for a single person but may be suitable for two small people. Please note there is no window in this room but there is an air conditioning unit installed. For parties of five, there is a sofa bed in the living area. Black out blinds and curtains are provided throughout. Please note, due to the layout of the apartment, the bathroom is located off the main bedroom so guests using the second bedroom or the sofa bed, have to access the bathroom through the main bedroom. The Kitchen has a full size dishwasher and fridge with a small ice box. A kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, bowls, cups etc Everything you need for cooking meals or for enjoying local take out. There is a large dining table provided with four leather chairs. The Living/dining/kitchen area has the use of a large screen Smart TV - perfect for catching up on your Netflix series! The large bathroom boosts a walk in shower, toilet, sink and a bath. Complimentary toiletries are provided as are 100% cotton towels for your use. VIP Church View has just been totally renovated and provides a great home from home - perfect for longer term stays. Full use of the entire apartment. I am available to meet and greet guests and will be contactable via telephone/email during your stay. Walking distance to Portadown town centre. There is a chip shop opposite, a small newsagent, off license etc on the same street. Guests at VIP Church Street Apartments can avail of a quick and priority service from a local taxi firm that we highly recommend. Airport taxi transfers can be booked prior to your stay at a discounted rate, contact us for further details. Walking distance to the train station. We have a good working relationship with a local taxi firm. If driving, there is ample parking behind the apartment. Exclusive discount at a local cafe during your stay, full details will be provided before check in
