We are located within 20 minutes from the Dallas Cowboy Stadium, Ranger's Ballpark, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. We are centrally located between Dallas/Ft. Worth and minutes from the DFW Airport. The guest house has polished concrete floors thru out, granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with top of the line linens, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a very large walk in closet. This bedroom has a flat screen television with free wifi and Direct TV. The living room has dual reclining love seats as well as a recliner. The living room has a large flat screen television with free wifi and Direct TV and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and service for four as well as microwave, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer located directly off of the kitchen. For those who love the outdoors, this guest house has access to a beautiful landscaped backyard with a full-size pool and a large covered outdoor area that includes a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a flat screen television. We also have beautiful pool furniture with 4 full size layout chairs, a table with four chairs and umbrella and a three stool bar table. We have additional chairs if needed. Also included is an outdoor portable a/c as well as an outdoor heater and a mini-refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. This area is perfect for those who enjoy watching sports, grilling and love being outdoors. The house is located directly across the street from the green belt that offers walking trails, fishing ponds and beautiful areas for picnicking. The guest house has a private fence surrounding the property with private parking in the driveway within the fenced area. We will provide you with a fence remote during your stay.
