Modern studio with two single beds

Modern studio with two high-quality single box spring beds, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom in a small boarding house in Kriftel near Frankfurt. Good connection to Frankfurt and the airport. Our apartment is 21 square meters and equipped with two high-quality single box spring beds, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 32-inch Smart TV. The kitchenette has everything you need for your stay: two-plate stove, high-tech oven with microwave function, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a rainshower shower. We have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for our guests (chargeable). We are not living on site but we are reachable by phone if there should be questions. We usually try to be there when new guests are arriving. If that is not possible for us, we have a keycase. 50 meters away is the Krifteler Freizeitpark, a large recreational area. There are many playgrounds, a soccer and a hand- and basketball court, table tennis, a skate park, a fitness facility, a Kneipp pool, an outdoor pool (chargeable, only in summer) and a miniature golf course (chargeable). On the other side of the street is a big bakery. Also there are some supermarkets and very good Restaurants in few minutes walking distance. Good connection to Frankfurt: The A66 is a 5-minute drive away, in normal traffic situation about 25 minutes drive to Frankfurt city center. In addition to the building, a direct bus leaves every 30 to 60 minutes from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm in 23 minutes to the airport. To Frankfurt main station you need by bus and train about 30 minutes.
