Luxuriously converted quirky & quaint 400 year old former cider barn. Peaceful location set in 8 acres on the edge of The Forest Of Dean and at the base of May Hill National Trust Reserve. Spacious accommodation for a couple (and their pets). Airy and light in the summer, cosy and comfortable in winter. Guests are welcome to roam our fields and woodland. One acre of fully fenced dog walking paddock The Old Farm is situated on a quiet country lane. 5 minutes walk from a local pub and 30 minutes walk from the village amenities (shop, bakery, café and park) Public bus route in Longhope Village, direct from Gloucester Transport Hub (bus & train station) Weekly booking during school holidays, otherwise short breaks available £20 charge per dog per stay The cottage has its own private hot tub, bookable in advance. £50 set up and £10 per day after. We have a private outdoor heated pool, lounging and eating terrace that can be hired at mutually convenient times for soul use. Cost £20 per hour. We keep the cottage rental price low and charge extra for the pool and hot tubs as not everyone wants to use them.
