Situated close to the historic town of Josselin with its medieval half - timbered buildings, chateau and canal side walks. Pretty cobbled streets with pavement restaurants and cafes and a bustling Saturday market. The church tower can be climbed to see spectacular views. Within a 10 minute drive is one of Brittany's largest lakes with a sandy beach, wide range of water sports for adults and children and a cafe with lakeside view. There is a golf course on the other side of the lake as well as walking opportunities. Go Carting 5 minutes away ( seasonal) . Beautiful beaches can be found all along the beautiful Breton coastline and boat trips can be taken to some of the islands. There are many pretty historic towns to visit within an hours drive including Vannes, Rochefort -en -Terre & Malestroit. The local town of Ploermel has the necessities such as banks & supermarkets as well as ten pin bowling .
