Senhora do Mar with pool & private sea access!

This is a 4 bedroom one-story 70's style house. It offers two rooms with double bed, and two rooms with 2 single beds each, totaling a number of 4 single beds. The outside area is quite big, with many different spaces, including a pool, a vegetable garden available for guests to use, a barbeque, an interior garden and private sea access into the marvelous transparent ocean, where we recommend our guests to snorkel. This is a 50 year old house, passed through generations, who chose to maintain the house with most of its original details. Senhora do Mar Villa is located at Caniçal, the farthest village at the east of the island. Caniçal is a fisherman's village, with lots of fresh fish and fresh seafood restaurants, and with a deep ocean connection. It's also an industrial and offshore area with a Port. Sometimes a big boat might anchor in front of the bay. Apart from the spectacular seafood and fresh fish restaurants, at Caniçal you can also find the beautiful beach of Prainha, which is a dark sand beach (typical from Madeira). This is one of the most thought after beaches at the island. From here you can also hike through Ponta de S. Lourenço and discover beautiful beaches along the shore, as well as enjoying a great meal at Cais do Sardinha, which is at the end of Ponta de S. Lourenço hike. This is a very peculiar and secluded restaurant since you can only get there walking the trail (about 1.30hrs) or by charter boats. You can access these charter boats at Caniçal Marina, which is also walking distance from the villa. Renting a car is recomended when staying at Senhora do Mar, since supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other amenities are not at walking distance. To access these amenities you need to drive to Caniçal village, which is about 5 minutes away by car. The guests have access to the entire house.
