Villa Querini close to Venice and Treviso -apart.D

Villa Querini was built in the XVII century, located just 20 min by train from Venice, in the green veneta countryside, between Preganziol and Mogliano V.to. The building, is in strategic position, arise near the historic street "Terraglio". In 15 minutes by walk, 5 by car or bus, it's possible to reach the center of both cities and the train stations. Mogliano V.to and Preganziol have got many commercial activities where you can drink a good coffe or enjoy an excellent home made ice cream. Big apartment on the second floor of a renovated Venetian villa fitted with all main comforts. The space is comfortable for 6 guests. The apartment is furnished of autonomous heating during winter season (15th october - 15th april) and air conditioned for summer. Big living room with flat screen TV, three sofas and two armchairs. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and cookware, hot water. There are two separate bedrooms, the first has a double bed and the second two single beds. In the livingroom there is a very comfortable sofa bed for two peoples. Large bathroom with bath, bidet, WC and sink, second bathroom with shower and the third bathroom, with WC and sink is an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have hot water available. Ceilings with wooden beams, wooden floor. Safe at your disposal. Free WiFi internet connection. From june to september, all rooms are furnished with fan to refresh the hotter days. For babies it's possible to ask for cot or high chair. Outside the building, there is a big unguarded private free parking where you can comfortably park your car. Our guests will have access to the inner garden of the villa where you can relax drinking a good glass of wine and having a dinner in the shelter of the portico that faces west. Yours children can play freely in the garden protect with wall and gates always close for the security of everyone. It is also available to guests the entrance area of the main staircase, where there is a common washing machine (free use). The parking outside the villa is very comfortable, you can leave your car there during all the period of stay and the access to the villa is immediate and permitt to download easily your luggage. From the apartment's windows you can check immediately your car. I'm available to answer to your questions and to solve any problems. I will try to welcome you at check in and i'll come to greet you at check out but sometimes it will not be possible, in this case i'll give to you all the instructions one day before your arrival. Preganziol and Mogliano Veneto are famous for the presence of the most important Venetian villas, they are 20 minutes far by train from Venice, 15 minutes from Treviso, near the amazing beaches of Jesolo (40 km), entertainment places, golf club Villa Condulmer (1 km), tennis court, pool, gym and other sights of artistic, cultural and sports. The village center has many shops and a very nice shopping area. Villa Querini is surrounded by vineyards and green fields where you can walk and enjoy the peace of the place. In front of our accommodation there is the bus stop (line 8E) where you can reach directly Venice or in 3 minutes the train station in Mogliano V.to from there you can reach different locations (Venezia 20 minutes, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso 15 minutes) in short time. Highways just 5 minutes far by car. Bus doesn't works from 11:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.. Trains doesn't works from 00:30 a.m. to 5:20 a.m.. There is also the possibility to reserve a service of private transport with a regular and authorized driver. English spoken. Available car until 8 places. It is possible to use the service for every type of tour and to move between airports or stations and villa Querini. Prices and more informations to guests interested. -The Check in is possible from 2:00 p.m., please let me know some day in advance an approximate arrival time. -Check Out max 10:00 a.m.. -Tax of stay euro 1,00/night person over 14 y.o., to pay at the check in time. -During the check in i ask my guest's identity documents, for the generality communication to the authority, after picture taken, i'll immediately give it back to you. -It is important to do a correct waste collection system, in accordance with the instructions that you'll find at home. -Put outside in the apposite bin the waste correctly collected. -No smoking inside the building. -Close every time the main door by key. -Close windows and balcony when you go outside and when you see that the weather will be rain . -At the payment received, we will emit a regular invoice, ask to the host your copy.. -Possibility of reservation of car with driver service.
