Located in a neighborhood close to it all, this apartment promises to be your home-away-from-home while you explore our little city. Enjoy this spacious studio with full kitchen and dining area. Curl up and enjoy your favorite show on the couch, which also converts to a bed at night if you need an extra bed. The exposed chimney adds an industrial element to the cozy space. The closet next to the bedroom area is equipped with a dresser so you can unpack and get organized if you want to. There is also a fan in the closet for your comfort. Under the sink in the bathroom there is a hair dryer in case you need it. I'm a quick call away if you need ANYTHING or have any questions. I live close so if it's something I need to handle in person, I can be there within a few minutes. You will be staying a few blocks off of University Drive, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Downtown Fargo and few minutes drive to the West Acres shopping area of town too! You can park on the street in front of the building just be aware of the signs marking parking restrictions for overnight parking in the winter months. There are a few spaces in the back of the building as well. You can park facing the fence behind the building if you choose but please don't park in the driveway because we have neighbors that share our driveway and we want to make sure it's always accessible for both of us. This apartment is on the second floor and there are two sets of stairs that have to be climbed in order to get to the apartment, the outside steps leading to the entryway and the indoor flight of stairs leading to the apartment. Garbage days are every Tuesday morning. The black bin by the front door and steps is yours. Simply roll the bin to the street in front of the house on Tuesdays and roll back to the side of the steps after it's been picked up. The blue bin next to the garbage bin is for no-sort recycling. Recycling day is every-other Tuesday.
