This apartment can accommodate up to max 5 people (it is perfect for 2 adoults and 2 kids) and has a small covered outdoor seating area and a large garden. it is possible to add 2 additional people in the bedroom below the apartment. This additional bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a toilet. this rented party separates for 45 € per night We welcome you to the " La Grenouillere " Chambre d'hotes that was biuld in 1783 and is fully renovated for today compfort vacation or for a long working stay. this apartment can host up to 5 persons in 2 open bedrooms a kitchen and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. the entrance is directlyto kitchen and with a small staircaise you arrive to the bedrooms and a small living room and the bathroom. on the site we have a capacity of maximum 14 people in total 4 rooms in two separte buildings. All the extra rooms have private shower and toilets. You can book a birthday dinner or seminars with food and drinks that is made by our chef partner in our separate 48 squer meter dining room. we are 6 km from Conches en ouch and 13 km from Evreux with planty of restaurants, supermarkets and other activities. kids activities as acrobranch , kids park and playgroun in the near area. the enrrance is with few staircase to the kitchem and from there there are 4 more steps to the room and the bathroom. living space have a sofa bed and TV with entrance to the bathroom. next to it with a small staircase there is the bedroom with a bed of 160cmx200cm and a 1 single bed of 90cmx200cm. can add maximum an extra person to this place but it is going to ve very tide !! under this triplex the is a nother separate bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom. Conches en Ouch is 5 minutes with its restaurants from fine dining to a Pizza and kebab. supermarkets, open market and shops. all you need is located in conches en ouche - backery , swiming pool, activities for kids and much more. Evreux is 15 minutes away, it is a city of 80,000 residents and have all you need . Rouen is  60 km away as well as ,Honfleur and Deauville . Paris (Orly/CDG) 100-129 km   from Chambres d'Hôtes la Grenouillère and is about 1h:15 -2h:00 away from us .
