The house is divided in two independent apartment. To reach your apartment main door you must pass thru a hall which is also used by me and my family to go upstairs to our apartment. It takes 30 seconds for you or for us to reach the main door of each apartment. It is the only common place in the house, and it is intended as a passage way only, Guests can use everything in the independent apartment except the wood stove. I'm italian mothertongue and fluent english speaker, also willing to learn german. If you need anything you can e-mail me, text me or stop me at the doorway for a chit-chat.
