Alongside our already stringent cleaning policy and the Australian Government Department of Health Environmental cleaning and disinfection principles for Covid19 we will also be leaving a minimum of 3 days between guests. Welcome to Tama Ridge Eco Retreat. We are conveniently located halfway between the quaint villages of Montville and Mapleton and less than 30 minutes from Sunshine Coast Beaches, Australia Zoo and the Glasshouse Mountains and 90 minutes from Brisbane CBD. Part of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, you will find us up on the Range perched on a peaceful 25 acres of pure bliss with stunning views out over our own treed valley. Perfect for couples, families or intimate groups, this light and airy 3 bedroom pole home is completely off the grid. We operate on solar electricity, tank water and septic sewage and are working on keeping our carbon footprint down, right down to the personal care products left for your convenience. We are a low allergy environment. The moment you walk in the front door, you will be met with huge open spaces and as well as a stunning view. You can lounge back on the red leather chaise chairs and sip on a glass of red whilst taking in the awe this property has to offer, or at night, enjoy stargazing on the expansive deck. Then, come winter you can snuggle up in front of a cosy fire place. You will love cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen where basic essentials are supplied for your convenience. We have a range of board games for your enjoyment. There are some there for young, old and everyone in between. So, gather around and have some good old-fashioned fun. The master suite consists of a queen size ensemble, ensuite and private patio. Bedroom two has a queen ensemble while the third bedroom has two king singles. All bedrooms have lovely views. Oh, and we have free wifi. The garden lover will enjoy a leisurely stroll around the gardens. A work in progress there's a brilliant array of plants to admire. For the nature lover we are on the rim of "the Great Walk" with Kondalilla Falls being under 5 kilometres away and less than 8 kilometres from Mapleton Falls National Park. Sorry, we can not cater for pets. Guests will have access to the whole house bar one room and the shed which will be locked. I am contactable any time via mobile phone, text or email. The Sunshine Coast Hinterland is only half an hour from the Sunshine Coast Beaches, the famous Australia Zoo and Aussie World. The Range is a Wedding hotspot so it's good to know that we are located within a short distance from Flaxton Gardens and many other wedding venues. There really is something for everyone. Tama Ridge Eco Retreat is the perfect base. Getting around is best done with a car due to the distance between destinations being a rural area and limited public transport.
