What awaits you is a magical and fairy-tale world in a home of ancient origins, fantastic, warm and welcoming. Nearby there is an enchanted park, a historic villa, a didactic farm and much more ... An uncontaminated environment where the rhythms are the old ones of the countryside tradition that today have been lost in the life of the big cities. All around a fantastic landscape immersed in the vineyards of Colli Orientali del Friuli and the Alps to make a splendid outline. In the fairy-tale house you will find a large living room with a beautiful fireplace where on winter evenings you can light the fire and relax in the company of a good book and a good glass of wine. Many books of fairy tales, which are the central theme of the house, will make you dream and fall in an atmosphere that will make you break away from everyday life. The kitchen is spacious, ideal for large families and groups of friends, it is equipped with everything and will give you the opportunity to cook and the impression of being at home. The bedrooms are six, five double and one with two single beds. To access one of the two double rooms, where is also present a small bed for a child, you have to go through the double room. In other two double bedroom with the double bed is present also an additional single bed. The house can host fourteen people. There are four bathrooms upstairs, both with a shower and a downstairs toilet with another complete near a bedroom. There is also a second beautiful entrance with a colorful living room and a red kitchen, equipped with everything you need. The house is embellished with many small fairy statues that are also a second theme of the house as well as important figures of our popular Friulian tradition. In the house you will find many books and games that will make you come back children... A perfect place to relax and an excellent base for any trips nearby. The garden is large and totally fenced. There are indoor parking spaces, and there is space for your BBQ and outdoor summer dinners.  Adjacent to the garden, available for guests, there is the outdoor swimming pool located in a protected and fenced area. The house is part of the historic complex of Villa Rubini composed of eighteenth-century villa, chapel and secular park. Today, Villa Rubini is an organic winery producing autochthonous wines of the region with a teaching farm as well. On request, information will be provided on itineraries, museums, castles, interesting historical sites to visit and typical restaurants where you can enjoy Friulian cuisine. We are for example very close to the places of the Great War, Caporetto, Tolmin, the open-air museum of Colovrat, the defensive lines on the Isonzo river. It is an independent country house in an agricultural area and therefore quiet and immersed in the green disturbed only by the farmers who work the fields and the vineyards. Upon arrival guests will find a bottle of our wine for the welcome toast and all the necessary for next's day breakfast.
